Michele Bombardier’s What We Do was a finalist for the Washington State Book Awards. Her work has been published in Alaska Quarterly Review, Atlanta Review, Bellevue Literary Review, and elsewhere. She is the founder of Fishplate Poetry, an organization that offers workshops and retreats while raising money for humanitarian aid. She is a Hedgebrook fellow and will be teaching poetry at BARN and Hugo House this winter.

Tara Hardy’s second book, My, My, My, My, My, won a 2017 Washington State Book Award. She’s the founder of Bent, a writing institute for LGBTQ People in Seattle. Tara is a former Hugo House Writer-in-Residence, Seattle Poet Populist, and Hedgebrook alumna. She teaches for University Beyond Bars, Hugo House, Path With Art, and is brand new faculty at Evergreen State College. She is the author of two books by Write Bloody Publishing.
