Lauren Davis is the author of Home Beneath the Church, forthcoming from Fernwood Press, and Each Wild Thing’s Consent, from Poetry Wolf Press. She holds an MFA from the Bennington College Writing Seminars, and teaches at The Writers’ Workshoppe and Imprint Books. She is a former editor at The Puritan’s Town Crier and was awarded a residency at Hypatia-in-the-Woods. Her work has appeared in more than fifty literary publications and anthologies including Prairie Schooner, Spillway, Poet Lore, Ibbetson Street, Ninth Letter, and elsewhere. Risa Denenberg lives on the Olympic peninsula in Washington state where she works as a nurse practitioner. She is a cofounder and editor at Headmistress Press, publisher of lesbian/bi/trans poetry, and curator of The Poetry Café, an online meeting place where poetry chapbooks are celebrated and reviewed. She has published four chapbooks and three full-length collections of poetry, most recently, Slight Faith from MoonPath Press in 2018 and Posthuman from Floating Bridge Press in 2020.
