Adele Kenny is the author of 25 books (poetry and nonfiction). Among other awards, she is the recipient of two poetry fellowships from the New Jersey State Arts Council, first place Merit Book and Henderson Awards, first place Allen Ginsberg Award, and Kean University’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Founding director of the Carriage House Poetry Series, she is poetry editor of Tiferet Journal, and has twice been featured at the Dodge Poetry Festival. www.adelekenny.com

John McDermott taught English for two years each in Nanjing, China and Osaka, Japan and for many years at Union County College in New Jersey. A former editor of US1 Worksheets, he has twice been featured at the Dodge Poetry Festival and serves as a Dodge Poet. His poems have been widely published; his first full-length book of poetry, The Long Way Home, was published in 2005, with the CD version published in 2010.
