Karen Bonaudi has led poetry workshops in elementary schools, taught adult creative writing classes, conducted workshops and critique panels, and been a member of the “All Bets Are Off” performance troupe. Among other publications, her poetry has appeared in the Bellingham Review, South Dakota Review, Pontoon, The Far Field, Snow Monkey, and Cascade. Her chapbook, Editing a Vapor Trail, was published by Pudding House Press. She lives and works as a private marketing contractor in Renton, where she edits www.sirensrock.com and publishes others’ books.

Gayle Kaune has had her work published in Poet and Critic, Willow Springs, Crab Creek Review, and Whitefish Review. She has been nominated for a Pushcart prize. Her chapbook, Concentric Circles, won the Flume Press Award and her book, Still Life in the the Physical World, was published by Blue Begonia Press. Of her newest book, All the Birds Awake, from Tebot Bach Press, Peggy Shumaker has said, “these vivid poems show us ways to live and ways to face the end of living.” Kaune, a retired teacher and psychotherapist, is poetry editor for Shark Reef and lives in Port Townsend with her husband and ghost dog.
