Lori Desrosiers’ full-length book, The Philosopher’s Daughter, is forthcoming from Salmon Poetry in 2012. She has a chapbook, Three Vanities (Pudding House Press, 2009), a chronicle of three generations of women in her family. In 2010, her poem “That Pomegranate Shine” won the Greater Brockton Society for Poetry and the Arts Award for New England Poets. Her poems have appeared in numerous publications including Pirene’s Fountain, BigCityLit, The Smoking Poet, Concise Delight, Blue Fifth Review, Common Ground Review, two ofGold Wake Press’s five-poem mini-chapbooks, the Origami Poetry Project, and several anthologies. She is publisher and managing editor of Naugatuck River Review, a journal of narrative poetry. She earned her MFA in poetry from New England College and teaches English at Westfield State College. She is also a singer/songwriter, and had a CD of original music published in 1998.

Jon E. Seaman is a poet, healthcare activist, and grateful kidney transplant recipient. In 2010 Jon was the winner of the Portland Pen Award and selected by Patricia Smith as the winner of The Naugatuck River Review’s narrative poetry contest. His work has appeared in The Atlanta Review, The Greensboro Review, The Ledge Magazine, WinningWriters.com, Willamette Week, and Verseweavers. Jon lives and works in Portland, Oregon.
