Dawn-Marie Oliver is a poem-writing, motorcycle-riding, tarot-reading escapee from Minnesota. Known as the Purple Poetry Goddess of Oversexed Poetry, in certain circles her work is deemed worthy of parental advisory for use of “uncomfortable language.” She quietly mentors young poets at the Old Redmond Firehouse Teen Center, and takes inspiration from the starry heavens, teen poets, Hekate, Hestia, and the depressing flow of the evening news. She has been told that she has balls of titanium, that she gives up easily, that she’s a bitch, and that she’s a pushover. Don’t believe the hype. Discover for yourself who Dawn-Marie Oliver really is.
