Shannon Borg is a Seattle writer, editor and wine educator. She holds an MFA in poetry from the University of Washington, and a PhD in poetry and literature from the University of Houston. She has worked as a content editor in the high-tech field, and has written about food and wine for various publications, including Seattle, Northwest Palate, and Wine Press Northwest. Her poems have appeared in The Paris Review, Poetry Northwest, London Review of Books, Antioch Review, Cranky, Gulf Coast, and other journals. Currently, she is the communications director for the Glass Art Society. Her first book of poems, Corset, has recently been released from Cherry Grove Collections.

John Kistner lives in Seattle, where he works as a mental health case manager in a homeless shelter located at the bottom of the original “Skid Road,” now called Yesler. He earned an MFA from the University of Washington. Winner of a Pushcart Prize, he has poems slated to appear soon in Chelsea, Mudfish, and Monkeybicycle. He is currently seeking a publisher for his first manuscript, titled Employees Must Wash Hands.
