David Post is a cofounder of Western Washington Poets Network and is an admin for its Facebook page. He has been a featured reader in eleven Western Washington cities and has read in twelve others. He was the last emcee for PoetsWest readings at Seattle’s Green Lake Library and currently hosts Tsuga Poetry Group in Bothell, Washington.

Eugene Marckx studied at the University of Washington under poet Theodore Roethke. His writing comes from personal questions he confronts in a local men’s group, where he is the storyteller. In 2025 he published a chapbook, In the Cave Behind My Heart. For 28 years he has lived in the North Cascade foothills, near the Pilchuck and Stillaguamish Rivers. This rough landscape pulls hard on him.
