About our Clubhouse
The clubhouse is located at 1712 NW 159th Street, Edmond, OK.
The clubhouse is available for use only to Sonoma Lake community members, and only when HOA dues are current. There is a $40 reservation fee and a $100 deposit required along with the completing the Clubhouse Reservation Form. The clubhouse and all HOA property used while using the clubhouse must be left clean and undamaged after use or the deposit will not be refunded. See Clubhouse Rules below for more details.
Clubhouse Reservation
To request a clubhouse reservation:
View the Community Calendar to identify dates of clubhouse availability.
Complete the Clubhouse Reservation Form.
View the calendar again after payment of your reservation fee and deposit to see that your reservation has been added.
Ensure you receive information before your reservation date regarding clubhouse access.

Reserving the clubhouse does not include reserving the pool for your event but allows you and five guests to use it. See Pool Rules and Clubhouse Rules for details.
Clubhouse Rules
The clubhouse is available from 9 am - 9 pm.
No alcohol is allowed in or on HOA property.
Smoking is not permitted in or around the clubhouse area.
The homeowner must be present during the entire rental activity.
Music or activity should not be audible from outside the clubhouse.
Clubhouse rental does not constitute pool rental. Members may have a maximum of 5 guests at the pool.
Clubhouse should be left in the same condition as found. Do not use nails, tacks, or tapes that could damage the paint.
Homeowner is responsible for all guests and any damage that may occur.
HVAC controls are adjusted by the HOME application managed by the Board of Directors. Text BOD member to have temperature adjusted if having difficulty.
Lock the door when you leave and make sure appliances and lights are turned off.
Playground
Next to the clubhouse is the playground area. The surface is padded and covered with wood chips to provide a softer play space for your children. The play gym includes steps to climb, slides, a climbing wall, and other play activities. It is open only to Sonoma Lake community and their guests. Located next to the clubhouse and outside of the fenced pool area, it can be accessed year-round.
Clubhouse Capacity
The clubhouse has two main rooms for gatherings. The main room is 23 ft x 21 ft and the adjacent room is 23 ft x 14 ft. which will hold 55-65 people in a banquet setting. The HOA has 8 tables of various lengths and 24 chairs. You are welcome to bring in rented chairs and tables for your event.
