TIME TO CLEAR WEEDS!!!
The GPOA CC&Rs requires each homeowner to keep their lot clear of weeds.
It's the time of year when weeds are in full bloom and a problem.
There are still a few lots in the Groves that have massive amounts of weeds. Please clear the weeds ASAP.
When you don't clear your weeds, they end up becoming your neighbors' problem since the weeds bloom and start infesting your neighbors' property.
