The Groves is a community in Somis, CA founded and developed by Kaiser Aetna.  The Groves Property Owners' Association (GPOA) is the governing body responsible for enforcing the CC&Rs as they are recorded against each deeded property within the Groves.  In addition the association coordinates certain activities that are mutually beneficial to the property owners, such as periodic street sweeping and back flow testing.
