To the realization of this part of the study were used the following tools:
- Had to be made an adaptation in original GenArch - http://www.inf.puc-rio.br/~ecirilo/genarch/ - to generate the GenArch-P
- The GenArch-P is already in tests and validation phase and it was not yet published as open source tool
- Was used a software process specification in UMA - Unified Method Architecture (IBM proposal for SPEM 2.0)
Process Line Modeling Steps
- Using as basis a software process specification including all process elements that compose the process line
- In the EPF Composer uses the option "File -> Export" to export a XMI file
- Int the GenArhc-P create a new project
- Import the XMI file to the "src" folder of the GenArch-P's project
- Use GenArch-P to parse the process specification and generate a simplified representation software process, in a form of hierarchical tree of process elements
- On the project uses the option "GenArch -> CreateModels"
