I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years.
My style of teaching and thinking about yoga is deeply influenced by my main yoga teacher Dan Fernandez (Princeton), who wonderfully bridges strengthening wholesome yoga with yoga philosophy, and non-dual teachings.
In my own teaching, I use yoga as a tool to move and stretch the body in nourishing ways as well as to deepen a felt sense of embodied awareness. I often incorporate moments of free movement and flow to allow for ease and playfulness.
