Mindfulness and meditation are at the very heart of my daily and spiritual life.
My life continues to transform radically with the saving grace of spiritual practice and meditation, and the insight that arises from both.
I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness intensively for the last 20 years. This has led me to a one year Mindfulness Teacher Training, that I will complete this summer. Offerings include guided meditations, centerings and class series on mindfulness (see past and upcoming events).
