Mindfulness and meditation are at the very heart of my daily and spiritual life.
My life continues to transform radically with the saving grace of spiritual practice and meditation, and the insight that arises from both.
I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness intensively for the last 20 years. and am very glad that all of this has led me to my Mindfulness Teacher Training, that I will complete this summer. I have a lot of experience leading guided meditations, centerings and will - as of this summer - also be offering a class series on mindfulness.
