Produced in 2019 for Stanford Health Care, this course was designed to introduce ~5000 staff to the new Stanford Hospital facilities prior to opening in order to minimize risks on patient transition. Working with multiple groups of stakeholders up to VP level, I managed this project from start to finish over 6 months. Developed using Storyline, Camtasia, and Pano2VR. The course includes a virtual reality tour of the building with branching paths and integrated media and adaptive assessments which automatically report back to the HealthStream LMS.
Produced for logistics supply chain software service, Lanetix, from 2017-19, this hub for software training, community, and support services was designed to help customers get maximum return on time invested in learning. I initially built upon a sparse existing body of outdated documents, implementing a workflow, templates, and QA process to continually revise a large number of text, video, and presentation resources to keep up with the fast pace of the developing software. My team used these resources to support a growing user base up to ~2000 average monthly uniques. This project was developed using Zendesk CMS, Screenflow, and Adobe authoring tools.
Produced for leading primary educational publisher, Center for the Collaborative Classroom from 2014-16, "The Learning Hub" contained a large archive of teaching aid software, ePub documents, and multi-media coursework to support the print publications of the organization. Serving thousands of teachers in hundreds of districts nation-wide, I worked on technical QA of internal structure and links, managed a major revision of the main introductory course with a remote software vendor, and applied my own research for original technology supplements to new publication versions. This project utilized Adobe, Moodle CMS, Desk (Salesforce), and a proprietary JS framework.
