Lacrosse is an inclusive sport that allows all types of players to participate. You don't have to be the tallest, biggest, or fastest to excel. Lacrosse takes from the physicality of football, adds the athleticism of soccer and the stick handling of hockey, while using the spacing and movements of basketball, and combines it all into one thrilling and fast paced game.
