Operation
The Op began with hostilities from the Kingdom. They were slaughtering the Sahrani Airforce with ease due to their lack of training. When 22 Squadron requested to assist they were denied. 2 officers went against orders and stole an AH-64 Apache Longbow. With this aircraft they destroyed a large proportion of the KMP's air defence system. This led to an operation by AC-130 gunship, in which a KMP forward airstrip was levelled, severely reducing their ability to attack friendly assets. With that another AH-64 was sent deep into KMP lines to their HQ and a rear airbase, which was also levelled, however on the return journey the Apache was attacked by the Sahrani Airforce for unknown reasons. With support from the Squadron's Eurofighters this attack was fended off and 22 Squadron retreated from Sahrani.
Lessons learned
The lessons from this operation were clear. When aiding a foreign power, all their motives must be considered. When 22 Squadron was finally called uppon it was as a means to an end, when they had used us to achieve their goals, they planned to destroy the squadron and bury the evidence. Shortly after, the Royal South Sahrani forces became hostile to the Squadron and the situation has remained similar ever since.
