can't load SketchUp

I have Windows Vista and when I tried to open SketchUp I got an error message that said "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event long for more details." I do not no what this means. I installed Gosketogle Earth already. If someone knows what this means please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Yehuda,
It looks like you're getting that error message from Microsoft Windows, its not something that SketchUp itself will generate. In doing a quick search on the internet it appears to be connected to having Windows Vista SP1 installed. I came across that answer here:

You should be able to do a system update to download and install SP1 or you can download it from Microsoft here:
