An introductory or refresher course for elementary classroom or future teachers. The course is designed for the student with little or no musical background. Students will explore the elements of music and a variety of musical educational experiences at the elementary K-8 level through singing, reading music, writing music, and playing melodic and non-melodic instruments.
Prerequisites: Completion of ENGL-099 or appropriate English Accuplacer score.
