The competitiveness of software outsourcing companies mainly represents on the quality of its staff. Companies should reinforce the training of staff to increase its competitiveness. Meanwhile, to outsourcees, innovation is the crucial point—there won’t be development without innovation. The innovation of outsourcing companies is the innovation after the accumulation of knowledge and experience, and the technological and managerial innovation after absorbing and digesting.
From technique perspective: technical ability is key point. The outsourcee can solve problems first. It also can design documents in accordance with the requirement of outsourcing according the demand of outsourcers which can be directly encoded from the document.
From time perspective: focuses on prompt reflection and can finish the project with good quality in a short period of time. From quality perspective: emphasizes that inspection work is sufficient enough to pass the test of client and the high quality of encoding with good maintenancibility.

Although trust establishment is a main objective in offshore software outsourcing relationship, the identified factor can improve the success rate of the outsourced projects as it can lead to client satisfaction by providing with the quality processes and products.
Our results show that ‘reliable management’, ‘mutual expectations’ and ‘better client and vendor relationship’ can address offshore software outsourcing problems and can also play a vital role in establishing a trustworthy relationship between client and vendor organisations.
It is also important to provide appropriate training for enhancing and uplifting technical capabilities of employees in order to better compete in offshore software outsourcing business.
