Mass Spectrometer

This application was intended to simulate the performance of a mass spectrometer. It takes only the mass spectrum of one of the two compounds and also simulates the startup procedure in a short time.

As with previous instruments extensive help is available to be used as teaching aid or review the theory and instrumentation.

I would be very grateful if someone suggests experiments to enhance the functionality of the application.

This program needs .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile. First check Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall Programs for the presence of  .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile. If not installed, the program can be downloaded from Microsoft for free.
