Liquid Chromatography

This application simulates the performance of a liquid chromatograph. At present stage you can choose between only two mixtures. The chromatogram is shown at ten times the speed of a real experiment and mobile phases and type of column is shown on the instrument..

Extensive help is available by right-clicking the desktop. Helps on chromatography theory and columns are self standing and can be used as stand-alone teaching material. 

Many experiments can be incorporated into the instrument.Since I do not have access to an instrument (real), I can not  incorporate other experiments such as effect of flow rate and temperature programming. I would be grateful if some one can help. Please note that I need jcamp-dx chromatograms.

This program needs .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile. First check Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall Programs for the presence of  .NET Framework 4.0 Client Profile. If not installed, the program can be downloaded from Microsoft for free.
