Email/Mailing Lists

The website operates a mailing list system using a service called MailChimp (who operate their own privacy policy and terms of service). By subscribing to one of the our mailing lists you are consenting that the Webmaster of the Sigingstone Village website (as Data Controller and Data Processor) can use the information you provide on this form to be in touch with you and to provide updates. You are also consenting that your data can also used by internal systems to support various village organisations based in Sigingstone. We will treat your information with respect and you can change your subscription at any time.

The information we collect from your emails are: IP address (and approx location), mail client and device, date and times of opening the email, email address, postal address, full name, mailing options.

The mailing list data is also processed by the Mailing List email address system (mailinglist@sigingstone-village.org.uk) where your data may be logged for code and debugging purposes.

This website is hosted and powered by Google Sites, most of the site content (such as maps, forms and scripts) are also run by one of Google's services.
