Sunset High School has been competing in the OGPC (Oregon Game Project Challenge) since it started. The games we have produced have been outstanding. Take a look.

2008 Teams:

Team Calamari won second place for Programming. (Insert name here) won second place for Game Experience.

2009 Teams:

Team Calamari: RevengeOfTheEnvibots

Everyone Else: Whirlpool

The Albino Sheep Wranglers: FaucetGuardian

Technical Difficulties: Aquazombies

Team Calamari won second place for Presentation. Technical Difficulties won second place for Teamwork. Everyone Else won first place for Programming.

Honestly, all of these games are really well programmed. A number of these games could have won Programming.

2010 teams:

Jellybean Dragons: Acolyte of Airmid

IDEK Studios: Omega (Game Not Pictured)

Untitled: Immunity

Zombie Defense Systems: Zombie Defense (Game Not Pictured)

Tetrabytes placed second overall, Jellybean Dragons placed second in R&D, and IDEK Studios placed second in Teamwork. (IDEK is Technical Difficulties from the year before, so they have maintained their winning streak...)

Calliotropis Coopertorium: Biohazard

Residual Unicorns (aka Untitled): Lava Runner

Nature Guardian won first place in Presentation. IDEK Studios won first place in Teamwork. ZDS 2.0 (Open) won first place in Programming for the Open division. Forebearance won first place in Programming for the Game Maker division. Calliotropis Coopertorium won second place in Game Experience. Residual Unicorns won first place in Game Experience.

E-Lemon-Ators: Reset; The Urban Race

Turbo Snails Incorporated: (Tower Defense) (Game Not Pictured)

E-Lemon-Ators were given an honorable mention for the Pro's Choice award. IDEK Studios were given an honorable mention for the Student's Choice Awards. Alt-efour were given an honorable mention for the Professionalism award.
