My Models - cont.
12 - NSWGR D 50 - 2 - 8 - 0 . in 5" G
These are freight engines , there were just under 200 of them not to mention D53 & D 55 which basically are the same with some changes , I finished the engine at a time I had a lot of engines in operation and was in storage waiting for steam test until I had an interested buyer . I decided to sell the engine , got it steam tested and fixed a few minor problems then he took the engine to his club and gave it a good test run , see a short video of that run . 13 - NSWGR Z 13 4 - 4 - 2 Tank engine in 7.25" G
Some of Z12 tender engines were converted to tank engines and became Z13 , the only available plans for this engine were for 5" g , I re scaled the plans to 7.25" G , to my knowledge this is the only model built in 7.25" G for Z13 to date . I have run this engine in many clubs and few conventions , I still have the engine and run it every now and then . See attachments .

14 - Garratt - 0 - 4 - 0 - 0 - 4 - 0 Free Lance in 5" G
I wanted to build a Tasmanian K class which is a narrow gauge and the model in 5" g was too large for my workshop , so I decided to build a look alike in small size standard gauge therefore it is a free lance and I called it K5 . This engine has run in a few clubs , I sold the engine a few years ago but the buyer later sold the engine to one of our club members and the engine is back in our club . The video is taken at a convention in Adelaide , South Australia . Also see attachments .
