About Us

   Paul Bridle is a Registered Shiatsu Practitioner and adult education teacher DS. FGSP FwSS MRSS(t). He is a Professional Therapist in Massage and Aromatherapy and practices Acupuncture / dry needling. Paul is a Founder Fellow of the Guild of Shiatsu Practitioners (aka Shiatsu Practitioners Guild) and a Fellow member of the Shiatsu Society UK.

 In practice since 1990, Paul has more than thirty three years of experience treating a wide variety of physical and emotional conditions. He has a very high success rate. Paul will be happy to discuss any particular condition or symptoms that you have. He has taught Shiatsu, Oriental Medicine, Massage and Aromatherapy as well as assisting in the teaching of Shiatsu with the European Shiatsu School, then the largest organisation of its kind in Europe.

" I am a Shiatsu and Alternative Medicine Practitioner working mainly in the Portsmouth and Southampton area. Having gained the Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate, I taught Shiatsu and Oriental Medicine to adult learners. My clientele are mainly individuals seeking treatment for a variety of health issues. However, I also engage in work for corporate clients. These have included an international company, a national festival theatre and several recruitment consultancies, treating members of their staff. I also worked with a charitable organisation over a period of five years providing treatment for their clients. Thankfully I received very positive feedback from all. Aside from Shiatsu and general medicine, Paul's interests include Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) and many other martial arts.   

Formerly a manager for GKN and having a background in mechanical engineering, he is also interested in classic vehicles and aircraft.

He is a member of the Goodwood Revival Transport Corps and the Royal Enfield Owners Club.
