Schuyler Hill Civic Association was chartered in 1930 as a not-for-profit organization, for the purpose of maintaining and improving upon the quality of life conditions in our community.
Schuyler Hill Civic Association was chartered in 1930 as a not-for-profit organization, for the purpose of maintaining and improving upon the quality of life conditions in our community.
This organization is comprised of homeowners, their immediate families and persons owning property in the area bounded on the north by Harding Avenue, on the South by Fort Schuyler, on the East by Long Island Sound and the West by Pennyfield Avenue.

Tenants residing within the boundary lines and persons residing outside the boundary lines are also given the opportunity to join this organization as Associate members.
