Below is the Shawnee Water Plan that is trying to deveop new funding scource for Shawnee WAter Consumers Association:

Eventually, SWCA will add to their member only service a Pubiic Water source. The Public Water source will provide water by the gallon to individual buyers or to large scale users through water augmentation.  SWCA is a very small operation however it does have excess water to share on a limited scale.
