VIDEO: Creating Frequencies for Answers to General Knowledge Questions in Excel: Make sure to DOWNLOAD video to avoid a blurry video
First I created a pivot table that counts the frequencies for every response to every question.
Then I pasted the table into a new sheet and used formulas to change one of the frequencies into the associated response, collapse the rows to remove empty spaces, and transpose the table onto a new sheet (which I befuddled a bit my not highlighting the entire table).
Finally I made a MACRO to copy and paste every other column into 1 larger column. I did this so that all the answers were in one column and their frequencies in the next column.
