Next Steps for Updating Our Governing Documents

Town Hall Meeting

 July 9th, 5 PM at the pool house.  


The Board appreciates all the comments received on the proposed new Declaration, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation.  Several owners asked for additional time to review the documents and submit comments. According:

 

1. The deadline for submitting comments has been extended to 9 am on Tuesday July 9.  Please send your comments to: shanahanridgesixhoa+DraftComments@gmail.com. If you have already submitted comments, you need not resubmit them.

 

2. The Board will hold a town hall from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at the Pool House on Tuesday July 9 to allow live discussion and follow up questions on the comments received.  So if you have questions or want to follow up on the comments you submitted, this is your chance.

 

3. The Board will then meet and the Pool House at 5 pm on Tuesday July 16 to discuss among themselves what if any changes will be made to draft documents based on the comments and suggestions received. You are welcome but not required to attend. There will be limited time for additional member input.

 

4. The Board will then send any proposed changes to Altitude Law for review.  Once this is completed, redlined versions of the documents will be emailed to all members.

 

5. Shortly thereafter, Ballots will be mailed to all to vote on each of the proposed documents.  There will be a 60 day voting period.
