• HOA removes snow from streets.  Removal of snow from sidewalks and driveways is the responsibility of the owner (except for those portions of sidewalk directly adjacent to HOA Outlots(s) C1-3 and the Galena Park). 

• The streets are maintained by the City.

• Report leaking sprinkler heads along Lehigh and in the SR6 outlots to any Board member.

• Pool opening Memorial Day Weekend, closing Labor Day Weekend. Contact Candy Brinkman at ckbrinkman@outlook.com for lost pool keys ($25 fee).

• Neighborhood Eco passes for Boulder/Denver transit (RTD) are covered by the SR6 HOA dues. If you do not yet have a pass or if you encounter problems or lose your card, please contact Susie Kirlin (kirlins48@gmail.com).
