The Political Economy Workshop (PEW) series provides a platform for scholars in Economics and Political Science working on political economy to come together for two days and discuss and debate their current research. We have had two conferences so far.

1st Political Economy Workshop:

The inaugural workshop was help on August 7th -8 th , 2017 at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Nine academic papers were presented and there was a Panel discussion on Electoral Practices in India.

2nd Political Economy Workshop:

CPP in collaboration with the School of Economics at the University of Kent hosted the 2nd Annual Political Economy Workshop on July 28-29, 2018. Nine academic papers were presented and there was a Panel discussion on Elections 2019 – Changing Nature of Indian Elections.
