The page numbers refer to the Prayer Book for Fasts edited by Isaac Leeser, originaly published in Philadelphia in 1867, and republished in London in 1965.
The zemirot are all chanted in the mournful Tisha Be'Av chant. Elohai Neshama is given here as an example.
The tune is used all the way up until Adonai Melekh.
"Hashamayim Mesaprim" is replaced with "Al Neharot Bavel".
"Az Yashir Moshe" is replaced with "Haazinu Hashamayim".
The service continues with the same tune until "Vaaretz Shafal".

This kinah is said by the hazzan in front of the ark.
When the hazzan has taken the sefer into his arms, he says the following kinah.

The sefer is returned to the ark accompanied by the recitation of "Al Neharot Bavel".
Book of Lamentations
The Book of Eikha is read as the previous evening.
Book of Job
The custom is to read the first three chapters and the last chapter only. Chapters 1,2 and most of the last chapter are read to the tune of Megillat Ruth. Chapter 3 and the first six verses of the last chapter with a tune that would seem to be unique to Job. We do not know why this chant is not used throughout Job.
