How much parking space is there?
There is parking for approximately 10 vehicles in the hall car park. Further parking is available on the main road. The entrance to the school playground must not be obstructed as this is for emergency vehicles.
Can I have a bouncy castle in the hall?
Use of a bouncy castle or slide is only permitted if the supplier has adequate public liability insurance and is present to operate the equipment or if the hall hirer has taken out their own public liability insurance to cover the event and use of the equipment. A copy of the insurance certificate must be sent when making the hall booking.
When do I have to pay for my booking?
You booking will be provisional until the full fee is paid. This is due 1 calendar month before your booking. If the fee is not paid in this time, then the hall may be re-let.
How do I make regular, repeat bookings?
To discuss regular booking of the hall please contact the Booking Secretary by email sgjubileehall@gmail.com
Where and when do I collect the key to the hall?
When you have paid the rental fee and your booking is confirmed, the Booking Secretary will make arrangements for you to collect the key.
Can I use the school playground?
No, the school playground, furniture/benches and playing field do not belong to the hall and must not be used.
Can I decorate the hall for my event?
You may decorate the hall for your event, but please do not cause any damage to the fabric of the building. Remember to allow enough time to decorate/set-up before your event and also time to clear up afterwards. There are numerous hooks mounted on the walls, which allow decorations to be attached.
Can I arrange to view the hall before my event?
You may be able to view the hall before your event. Please contact the Booking Secretary to arrange a visit.
What are the dimensions of the hall?

Is Wifi available?
Wifi is available throughout the hall.
Can I use the audio/visual equipment in the hall?
A/V equipment is available for an additional fee. Please contact the booking secretary if this is required.
