Booking Information
To make a booking
Check that the Main Hall and/or John Orme room are free on the date and time that you require by checking availability.
Email the Booking Secretary to request a reservation at sgjubileehall@gmail.com or by phoning 01494 857760 (email preferred).
Provide as much information as you can including :
Booking date, start and end times, type of event, your address and a phone number. Your booking period should include any set-up and clear up times, so for example a 2 hour children's party would require 30 minutes before and after, therefore a 3 hour booking period.
Notes on Booking
The hall is hired on an hourly rate with a minimum booking period of 3 hours.
No bookings are permitted beyond 12 midnight and all amplified music must end at 12 midnight.
The full booking fee is payable when making the confirmed booking application. If the fee for a provisional booking has not been received within one month from the time of booking, the booking will be cancelled.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully they have legal implications. These will be sent when you make a booking.
Organisations making continuous or regular bookings are due to confirm their bookings at least one clear term in advance and pay one term at a time before each term starts.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be made only if the Hall is re-let or at the discretion of the committee. Every refund is subject to a small administration charge.
References are required for new Commercial Hirers.
