Santa Fe Village is a community of 1,030 homes surrounded on three sides by the beautiful Petroglyph National Monument. It is also bordered by Montano Road, Unser Boulevard, and Vulcan Road. Our neighborhood benefits from its proximity to the National Park offices, Taylor Ranch Regional Public Library, a playground, two beautiful parks, and a wonderful dogpark. Our secluded location gives us views of the majestic Sandia Mountains, with its beautiful sunrises and melon-colored sunsets.
NO MEMBERSHIP FEE
Any adult resident or homeowner in SFV is eligible to become a member of the Association. Each member is entitled to vote for Board candidates at the annual meeting, and to have one vote in any specially called general meeting. Association meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month, from 6:00pm to 7:30 pm. in the Taylor Ranch Library Community Room, unless otherwise announced. Minutes of these meeting are posted on this website. Join, attend meetings and make your voice count! To become a member, contact the Board at: SFVNA2014@gmail.com or submit a membership form.
Events such as SFV Night Out, SFV Flea Market, and the Holiday Lights competition help us to get to know our neighbors. We maintain a good relationship with APD Northwest Area Command, and have one of the lowest crime rates in the City.
SOME OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Ongoing work with City and Federal agencies to prevent flooding of residents' properties due to erosion on the mesa.
Improved lighting in the library parking lot
Creation of the wellhouse park on Bogart and Foxford, and of the pocket park on Bogart and Azuelo.
Construction of the Taylor Ranch Library Community Room
Working though WSCONA and successfully preventing construction of a Walmart on Coors near Montano. This land became the site of the Sprouts shopping plaza.
