The IDO is the zoning code for the City of Albuquerque. Every year, multiple proposals for changes to the code are introduced, reviewed, and debated. This process begins in the fall and ends with City Council action in June.
These proposals and other land use matters have potentially enduring and consequential impacts on SFV residents, whether they are property owners or renters. For this reason, SFVNA leadership has participated in the Annual Review and in other land use meetings.
