This is a simple little tool to help properly format magic items for Pathfinder. I may go back and add a few more formatting options, but pandoc or MultiMarkdown can turn the markdown output into most other formats already. The BBCode output should be suitable (or nearly so) for RPG Superstar entries. 

You can use markdown style bold and italics marks in the description field.

Here's how the Dagger of venom looks as BBCode:
