The SAS program given shows the analysis done using Proc Reg and Proc GLM, and then the same analysis using Proc Calis. The RDF option is used to adjust the error degrees of freedom so t-tests of parameters are identical across the programs. (Recall that standard errors in calis default to using N-1 in the denominator, whereas the adjustment for the general linear model using n-k-1 where k is the number of predictor variables. The SAS program writes a PDF file of these results for ease of presentation. If you want to execute the SAS code on your own computer, you will need to specify the location of the PDF on your computer.
