Unusual features and distinguishing characteristics/Overall Physical Profile
Lurra Dk’tahg’s half-human ancestry shows up in her lighter colored hair and eyes, fairly short stature (for the average height of a Klingon OR Terran female), and slightly softer features. However, at first glance she appears to be a fine representation of Klinzhai maidenhood!
The subject’s smaller, lighter appearance – compared to most Klingon females -is somewhat misleading (see “Personal Background”, below)
Personality: Emotional Opportunist
Social Level: Semi-social/antisocial, but with strong leadership skills
Emotional Aptitude: Quick-tempered, but capable of self-control when necessar
Political Affiliation: Imperial loyalist
Religious Beliefs: Agnostic (indifferent)
Overall Psychological Profile
Lurra is a classic overachiever … with all the benefits, privileges and responsibilities of that title.
Intelligence Index: A somewhat higher-than-average IQ, offset by her lack of emotional control (sometimes) and an over-reliance on typical Klingon solutions complex situations where subterfuge, tact, or even – though I loathe to admit it – diplomacy, might be a better alternative.
Sexual Orientation: Uncertain - probably heterosexual, although probably largely asexual in the broadest sense; another career-driven individual sacrificing their personal life for their profession …
Personal Background:
The blend of differing cultures and genetic stock gave Lurra Dk’tahg certain advantages over many of her ‘pureblood’ Klinzhai sisters. Growing up in a remote alien world – that was, luckily for her, far enough outside of the mainstream of either Klingon or Human society to transform her unique, genetic and cultural attributes into an advantage. The daughter of a Terran anthropologist and Klinzhai military strategist, Lurra benefited not only from her parents intellect and experience, but also the unique view of the galaxy that came with it.
While her Human father made a point of trying to impart the wisdom and tradition of alien cultures (along with a healthy respect for others outside of the Klingon mainstream), her Klingon mother handled her military instruction; teaching the girl how to devise weapons out of common household objects, basic hand-to-hand combat, battlefield psychology, etc. Like most Klingon matriarchs, her mother handled almost all of the childrearing and ‘head-of-house’ responsibilities – making sure that she was attending the finest military schools and advancing through the ranks at an acceptable rate – while her father arranged for her broader cultural and scientific education (which often included, apparently, trips outside of Klingon space, sometimes for possible illicit or illegal ‘alien watching’ purposes, or worse … although none of these reports have been corroborated or verified, in any way). Given the fact that this family produced no other offspring, and in particular, no boys, the young Lurra Dk’tahg was put in the awkward position of being expected to fulfill her roles as a Klinzhai maiden AND warrior, along with a healthy dose of confusing Human ‘free will.’
Military Service Record
Graduating, with honors, from the Negh’var Battle Academy at the young age of 17, Lurra Dk’tahg began her military service as a fighter pilot. Racking up impressive enemy casualty and property-damage rates with minimal losses of personnel or materiel, she was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, within barely two years of her commission. Commanding small regiments of fighter craft, for everything from light reconnaissance to targeted assaults, she impressed her commanding officers with her exceptional piloting and strategic skills. However, her abilities as a pilot, AND commander, were stagnating in the limited applications of the Klinzhai Imperial Air Force. She requested a transfer out of the ‘Hornet’s Nest’ 77th Special Division just a few months into her third year, which was granted, along with a promotion: she was given the temporary, provincial rank of Lieutenant Commander, and assigned to a small cadre of intelligence officers, assassins, and ‘professional anarchists’ under the supervision of the Klingon Intelligence Services. Much to the surprise and dismay of many of her commanders, Lurra excelled in this capacity, showing an uncanny capacity for quick thinking and finesse as an intelligence operative and leader.
Unfortunately, she was apprehended, on several occasions, in the process of seemingly treasonous acts (while in covert service to the Empire), even alleged collaborations with enemies of House and State. Much to her credit, she has weathered these rough times with good old-fashioned Klingon determination and loyalty to the Empire (in spite of the negative publicity and shame that would affect her House, and any close associates): she never gave up her associates, or her contacts, nor revealed any classified information; even under the threat of torture and/or death. Adding to this, she has been spotted – on more than one occasion- engaged in dubious activities, by members of the intergalactic press, as well as Klingon commoners. This presents a bit of a public relations problem for the Klingon military.
Her recent placement as Captain of the I.K.S. Molors Bane II demands that we keep an even more watchful eye on this woman. She is not to be under-estimated.
Siridon Arms Security has serious concerns over what she may do while in command of this K'vara Class Attack Cruiser.
