Yet Another Mail Merge lets you send a personalized attachment to each recipient. Simply upload your files in Google Drive, get their URLs and paste them in your Google Sheet next to each recipient, like this:

However if you have a large mailing list and need to send dozens, hundreds or even thousands of files, it will be very time consuming (and boring) to link each file URL to a specific recipient in your spreadsheet.

We had to find a better solution and we did! YAMM can now automatically associate files to recipients in your list (learn more in our documentation).

For example, let’s say you’re sending invoices to a list of customers:

• • In Google Drive, upload all invoices in a dedicated folder.

  • In your spreadsheet, add a column with information matching part of each file title (eg. the invoice number).

  • YAMM will automatically check each file in your Drive folder and send the right ones to the correct recipients.

It's not only for invoices! You can use it for every bulk email campaign where specific attachments need to be sent to each recipient. In only a few clicks, send personalized invitations, forms, evaluations, notices…. made easier thanks to YAMM!
