You can send emails up to 50 recipients every 24 hours.
If this 50 recipients / day limit is not enough for you, you can subscribe to one of our paid plans and get much more quota.
Your daily quota will decrease faster in some specific cases:
If you have multiple recipients per email, including people added as cc / bcc, all the emails will be taken into account. So you will send less than 50 emails (e.g. if you send your email to 15 recipients and add 2 person in cc, you will have only 5 emails left).
If you are including personalized attachments, your quota will be lower due to restrictions from Google side. Read this article for more details
Your quota is shared among all the other add-ons script. So if you are using other applications to send emails / attachments, this will also impact your quota.
If you are using multiple Google accounts in the same web browser, you will have to disconnect from other accounts before running YAMM again.
For paid users only: If you use the scheduling functionalities (automatically send remaining emails, and/or schedule batch delivery to send later), they will be counted against your quota too.
The quota is reset by Google 24 hours after the last time you've sent an email with the add-on. The exact time of this refresh, however, varies between users. That's why, if you’ve used the tool yesterday, you might need to wait a few more hours to get your full quota today.
For example, if we assume that your daily quota is 400 emails / 24 hours*:
On day 1, 350 emails have been sent out at 4pm. Your remaining quota is 50 emails, and your quota will be fully renewed on day 2, at 4 pm (= 24 hours later).
On day 2, the 50 remaining emails have been sent out at 1am. Your quota will be fully renewed on day 3, at 1am (= 24 hours later)
It means that every time you haven't used all your quota, and decided to use it within 24 hours (after the last email sent), the quota renewal will be postponed to 24 hours later (day 3).
However, if on day 2, you have waited until 4pm without sending your 50 remaining emails before, you will get 400 at 4 pm (see first point).
*The same logic applies if your daily quota is 1,500 (with a Google Apps account) or 50 (free account) per 24 hours.
At the end of a mail merge, a summary will be displayed, with the total number of emails sent, total number of recipients (if different, i.e. if you have multiple recipients per emails sent) and your remaining quota:
If you want to check again your remaining quota later, simply go to Add-ons > Yet Another Mail Merge > Check remaining quota:
