About Scott

I've spent 30 years working in K-12 education and an additional 20 years in higher education. I've had the privilege of teaching at all levels - elementary, middle, and high school. Currently, I hold the position of Instructional Technology Outreach Coordinator at the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Besides that, I also serve part-time as the Academic Program Director of National University's Master of Science in Designing Instructional and Educational Technology (MSDIET). As a Google Certified Innovator, I'm honored to have received both the Time Warner National Teacher and the Classroom of the Future Foundation's Innovative Educator Awards. I earned my M.A. in Educational Technology from SDSU and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
