"What our world needs…is…flexible and functional learning environments where people... can be exposed to concepts and ideas relevant to their present and to their future." ~ Ervin Laszlo
Our "Key Concepts of Physics" presentations are intended for anyone who would like to learn more about some of the big ideas from physics and discuss how these ideas relate to their daily life and perception of the world. The format is designed to encourage participation and connection to the interests of the audience: Each session consists of a short lecture (roughly 30 minutes) to introduce the topic & give us a shared set of background concepts to work from, followed by 30 - 60 minutes for questions and discussion.
