MARK YOUR CALENDAR for October 3-5, 2024

                                                                                              

This marks the 64th Annual District Conference of the South Carolina Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The conference will be held at Claflin University and South Carolina State University, both located in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Alpha men from across the state will gather under the theme, “SC Brothers Embracing The ALPHA IMPACT: Voter Registration! Voter Education! Voter Mobilization!” to develop plans for advocating for and strengthening our communities. The conference will provide a tremendous opportunity to market your products and services. 


The vendor application will provide you with all the necessary information needed to participate in this event. In order to facilitate vendor set-up, the doors will open at 8:00 a.m., on Friday, October 4, and conclude on Saturday evening, October 5. 


Any needs for electrical service and/or data ports must be requested in advance and will be assigned based on your request date and availability. Two six-foot tables will be provided.  However, table linen is not provided. All forms of payment should be made payable to South Carolina Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Checks may be mailed to the address on the vendor registration form contained in the application packet, or you may submit an online payment at: https://scdc2024.eventbrite.com (fees will apply).


The Comfort Inn and Suites located at 746 Citadel Road, Orangeburg, South Carolina, will serve as the host hotel.  Hotel reservations will be forwarded to you upon receipt of your paid registration, or you may contact the host hotel directly to make your reservation.


All conference attendees must be COVID-19 vaccinated. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon request.  COVID-19 protocols and guidance for the conference are based on those from the Southern Region of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All guidelines and protocols are designed to help protect conference attendees.
