I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer
Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
I received my PhD from the Department of CSE, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India with a thesis on "Online Social Network: Evolution and Search". I was a Humboldt Post-doctoral research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, Germany. I have also been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, India.
My broad research interests are in Online Social Media, Information Retrieval, Data Mining, and Complex Network Analysis. To get an idea about my research, see my Google scholar profile.
