ALSO, please be sure your email address is current so I can respond back to you after you order. Shipping rates have gone up again in 2024, and are now $10 USD for all domestic and NOW $25.00USD for Canadian customers and $45.00 USD for all other International orders. All orders are shipped via United States Post Office (USPS Priority mail) and a tracking number will be emailed to you when your kit ships out. If you choose the Full Protection Kit Option below and are a domestic customer, you will get our original Freedom Sprocket Guard and Case Saver Kit along with our new Heel/Chain Guard, plus free shipping! Any domestic order over $80 will include Free Shipping! 

All kit orders will come with our Stator Cover Shifter Guard. If you need to order one and nothing else, then click the add to cart link for that below.

When you place your order, I'll send you an email thanking you for your purchase and an estimate of how long it will take me to build your order.

 Please keep in mind that all products are built to order and it could take up to two weeks to ship out depending on my spare time to produce your order. I usually work on them on Saturday and try to ship them the following Monday. Please let me know if your needs require expedited service and I'll do my best to get your kit to you ASAP.

Important Ordering Tips and Answers to FAQ's.

What is the difference between the Case Saver Kit and the Case Saver Kit with Sprocket Guard and the Complete Protection Kit? 

1. The Case Saver Kit is just that, just the Case Saver WITHOUT the Sprocket Guard. Use this kit if you want to:

   • Save Money

   • Don't plan on running a sprocket cover

   • Have a Zeta or other brand sprocket cover you want to use with the Case Saver

   • Want to re-use the OEM Plastic Sprocket Cover

2. The Case Saver Kit with Sprocket Guard, comes WITH the Sprocket Guard.

3. The Complete Protection Kit comes WITH the Case Saver, the Sprocket Guard , and the Chain Guard. 

4. All kits come with a free stator cover shift guard. 

Can I use an aftermarket 14T Front Sprocket with the Case Saver kit?

• Yes you can, BUT , Please keep in mind that the clearances will be close and you will experience some marking from the chain on the surface of the Case Saver. This is normal and is to be expected. With that said, we neither recommend, nor endorse the use of any 14T sprocket. This area is already an extremely tight fight for the 13T sprocket, and the 14T sprocket compounds the problem. If you decide to use a 14T front sprocket to minimize the wear on your swingarm slider (which is DESIGNED to be a wear item, BTW), I would wholeheartedly recommend just replacing the slider at normal intervals and doing the bearing maintenance for the swingarm at the same time. Your WR250R will thank you and you will both be happier in the long run.....

What color best matches the OEM Yamaha Engine color?

1. To match the OEM Yamaha engine color, select the Silver color option.

What is the Plain Aluminum color option?

1. Select the Plain Aluminum color option if you:

   • Don't want your Sprocket Guard Powder coated any color

   • Want a blank canvas to paint your own color.

   • Just want plain Aluminum

   • Save a little money, these kits are $5 less than a normal kit.

What if the Color I want is not in the drop down list when I order?

• Any color is available, just ask. As longs as that color is made in Powder Coat, I can get it and custom powder coat your kit in the color of your choice. just choose the custom color option and we can go from there to decide what is right for you. This option is only $10USD more than a standard color choice.

What if I want the Sprocket Guard and the Case Saver to be two different colors?

• No problem! Just let me know at check out in the "notes to seller" what colors you want the individual parts to be and we will make it happen! 

Wow! The International Shipping costs are crazy expensive! What can I do to save some Money?

• I get it, as a Parent who has a Daughter living in Australia, I'm all too aware of how expensive the shipping costs are. To help save some money, please be aware that I can ship TWO KITS in ONE box, so maybe you can combine with a friend in your country to save on shipping costs? We can also accommodate larger orders with local group buys organized by people in your country. 

I ordered a Case Saver Kit a year ago, and now I want just the Sprocket Guard to complete my kit, can I order just that part?

• Sure thing! Just order the replacement Sprocket Guard from the options below.
