Wednesday Morning Zazen:
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Silent meditation (in person only).
Door opens at 6:25 a.m. and again briefly at 7:00 a.m.
Thursday Programs:
10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Thursday Sangha Samu Day.
This is our weekly time to take care of Miao Chung temple together.

Saturday Morning Program: (online only)
7:30 to 8:00 a.m.
Each Saturday a Zen student coordinates our brief meditation and offers a concluding poem.

All retreats are free of charge for Sangha Members and Formal Students.

Please limit parking on 15th Street to help our neighbors. Mill Street is available on both sides of the street.

You are welcomed to wear a mask if needed or to join online if you prefer. We are committed to providing the opportunity to gather together for practice and respect everyone’s needs and concerns for wellness.
