For new folks, beginning instruction is available any Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. No reservation is necessary. Please feel free to join us!  Those attending for the first time can take a seat for our opening welcome chant and as the three bells are rung to start the first of two meditation periods, simply follow the practice leader to attend the introductory lecture. After 30 minutes you can rejoin the Sangha for walking and sitting meditation, tea ceremony, a Dharma Talk and chanting. The evening program ends at 9:00 p.m.  Everyone is then invited to help wash bowls and put away the meditation mats.
