PARISH CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

Our PARISH CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is only 3 weeks away! It’s just about time to finish your crafts and gather your donations together. Sign up sheets are in the church entrance along  with crafting ideas and a list of the tables included in the bazaar this year. Please contact the

- Items for the gift baskets

Starting Days: Tuesday, 04 th November between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

- Non-food items (crafts, baby/children’s items, jewellery, etc.)

Starting Evenings: Monday,10 th November between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Friday, 14 th November (day before Bazaar)

- Bake table (homemade goodies)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! to help with setting up the week before & after the bazaar and on the day of the bazaar! Sign up sheets are in the church

entrance.

BAKE TABLE! Consider baking your favourite Christmas goodies, pies and cakes. Homemade preserves, jams and jellies are also popular. Delivery of baked goods is the day before the Bazaar – Friday, 14 th November 2025

GIFT BASKETS! Pick up ‘Theme’ bags available at the entrance of the church or create your own. You may wish to work with a friend or two to gather the items for the basket or make it a family project. Baskets and containers are also appreciated.

Calling all CRAFTERS! We are looking for handmade gifts of any kind, from a dish cloth and towel set to original artwork to cookie or soup mixes in a jar complete with recipes! If you have leftover yarn or material, consider making small items others may use to fill their Christmas gift list. For example, hats, scarves, placemats, tote bags.. See the samples at the front entrance for inspiration. New and original Christmas decorations are also welcome.

RAFFLE AUCTION! This auction includes higher value items, gift certificates and event tickets. Eash item will have a raffle box instead of a sheet where you bid an amount of money. Tickets will be available for purchase at a cost of $5 for 10 tickets and $10 for 25 tickets. You put the tickets in the raffle boxes for the items that you wish to win. The draws will take place on Saturday, 15 th November 2025 at the end of the bazaar. Ask your hair stylist, barber, esthetician or butcher if they would like to contribute products or a gift certificate.

BABY and CHILDREN’S ROOM! We are ONLY looking for new/gently used baby and children’s clothes, toys, games and books. Drop off starting Tuesday,
