For Sale Sailfish 25 £5995
95% finished project, in fact it’s closer to 99%! It is ready to sail as it is, got a good Sailfish mast, roller furling, a really decent set of sails, the Yanmar engine starts on a very short key, the gas has been fitted professionally, all the electrics are now working.
Brand new upholstery, right through. Brand new toilet, the cooker has never been lit! Gleaming inside and out. The keel is better than the original, being stainless and lead wing shaped aero foil. If the boot is 2” deeper than original. Works really well on a 4:1 5 wheel stainless pulley system. The tabernacle itself cost £1260. Being 6/8mm polished stainless tilt and lock bedded on a 6mm plate bonded/ bolted Right through the deck, to a 6mm stainless backing plate, with a 1.5 tonne electric winch. over-the 2 years I’ve had it, no leakage at all! A very dry boat.
The engine is new, brand new prop/ seals/ folding prop. All new steering, Mahogany/ Oak/ marine ply at £200 per sheet. 2x Solar panels, wind charger, Bimini frame, anchor/ windlass, new Barton sheets/ pulleys/ sheaves/ tri-colour mast head, Full instruments(x6).windex / direction,/ depth/VHF Ariel /course/ plotter, the lot. The brains are in, when ready to raise the mast they need fixing to the brains via wires in situ.
Twin roller coaster trailer is by separate negotiation, two new ALKO axles at 1500 kg each, new wheels, tyres, brakes & bearings.

Very good condition well maintained and ready to sail.
Comes with a good suit of sails including, genoa, jib (Edge Sails new 2022), main with 2 reefs, spinnaker.
Keel mods fitted and lifting gear recently serviced.
New running rigging with all controls accessible from cockpit.
New windows fitted 2022.
12v system fitted with Nasa depth sounder.
Good galvanised braked trailer that tows well and can be used for launch and recovery without immersing wheels.
Unfortunately my sailing days are coming to an end and reluctantly I have decided to sell the boat.
The boat is currently at home just north of Bristol being just a few miles from both M4 and M5 junctions.

For Sale Sailfish 18 £800
With a young family and a house renovation in progress, I’m having to admit that I simply don’t have the time to use it at the moment and therefore it’s time to sell. Trailer solid and really well made (Full Galvanised and adjustable), I serviced the bearings and fitted two new tyres this year.
BRAND NEW mast and standing rigging including roller reefing jib.
New stalock system stays, all new lines on the mast, original boom in good condition. - The mast has been up once for a couple of hours sail, off the coast of North wales (Lynn Peninsula) in a fair old breeze and she went very well- ( im a former dinghy sailor and i was pleasantly suprised).
Sails are a bit tatty, and to be honest I’m unsure if the jib is the original (there’s a couple with it), 2 rudders and various other spare hatches etc that came with it.
Inside it’s all striped out and wants refitting , although all wooden compartment covers are there and solid. Windows leak water hence why I stripped out the internals with intention of sorting the windows and then refitting inside- not a big job. Hull is remarkably clean for its age, some hair line cracks on the cockpit deck where you enter the cabin (I believe this is a common problem) but its all solid, stainless rails etc.. as I'm writing this I wish I had the time to use it, but reality is I'd be better with something smaller that could be stored on the garage roof. dinghy in PX maybe if it helps someone up-sizing?
I have a 4hp Suzuki with it but this isn’t included in the sale - could be by seperate negotiation.
Lying north wales.
Looking for around £800- you would struggle to buy the rigging for that.

Tidy hull and galvanised trailer in good condition. Good wooden oars. The sailing rig (mast, boom, sails and rudder) was taken from a mirror dinghy as has been used as a tender to a yacht ( tows well at sea) Masts stow easily. Has been sailed on tidal river, oars stow easily while sailing.
Possibility of a 4 stroke 3.5hp mariner engine at an extra cost.

For Sale Sailfish 18 "Puffin" £1250
Puffin has been well maintained and kept ashore in a barn over winter and other periods when not in use, which has been the case for a long time sadly. Full custom-made cockpit cover. Sails (sail no 200) in good condition, Main renewed in 2009 and jib in 2012 - now has two suits of sails. Roller reefing jib, spinnaker and pole with relevant hull fittings; sail bags and boom cover; most running rigging and sheets renewed beginning of last season.
Danforth anchor and grapnel anchor, mooring ropes etc. and chemical toilet.
All modifications to keel carried out and ready to sail.
Transported on Bramber Braked trailer with good tyres and spare wheel. An AL-KO chassis with ‘breakback’ frame and can be launched and recovered single handed in 6 inches of water.
No work needed, ready to sail. Sadly, selling as I do not have the time to sail her.
I can supply more photographs and am prepared to deliver if local to Cheshire.

Picture of a Sailfish 18 for sale £65 ono
Purchased this last year at an exhibition of the artists work in Shrewsbury Art Gallery.
In Great detail, and 3/4 days work, I think she said, I paid £65 for it. But! It will appreciate as it’s a one off original, by a recognised and featured artist.
Not 100% sure of who’s boat it is, other than it’s a Sailfish 18.

Sailfish 12 (sailing dinghy) - £550 o.n.o.
The sail number is 165. It has a two piece alloy mast alloy boom ,galvanised centre plate and rudder it comes with main jib and genoa,with a spare main and jib.A pair of oars included On a road trailer with a winch good tyres but needs new mudguards. I have owned the boat since 1988 but now find that it too heavy for me as I mainly sail on my own I bought a new cover for it last year.
